## Getting in: the whitelist application

Platform access is membership-gated. If you're not yet approved, the app routes you to the **whitelist application**:

1. Enter your **Telegram username**.
2. Confirm you follow the official **X (Twitter)** account.
3. Tell us which trading tools you use and how you found Neurobot.
4. Join the **official Telegram groups** (linked in the form).

Submit, and the decision — approval or rejection — arrives as an in-app/Telegram notification. Once approved, the full platform unlocks.

## Subscription tiers

Membership comes in tiers — **Free, Basic, Premium, Elite** — gating advanced features and granting **fee discounts** that scale with the tier.

| **Platform fees** | Higher tiers pay lower trading fees (automatic discount). |
| **Advanced features** | Some automation limits and features scale with tier. |

## Managing your subscription

* **Web:** the Subscriptions page shows every tier, your current plan, its end date, and your **billing history**; upgrade from there.
* **Telegram:** `/membership` shows your tier and handles purchases through the membership wallet flow.

Subscriptions are time-based (paid in months). If a subscription is cancelled it runs until its end date; support/admins can restore a cancelled subscription when appropriate.
