## Account & access

Do I need separate accounts for Telegram and the web?

No — one account. The web dashboard logs in **with** your Telegram identity, and wallets, positions, bots and settings are shared. Anything you configure in one place works in both.

Why can't I get past the login / why am I asked to apply?

Access is membership-gated. New users go through the **whitelist application** (Telegram username, X follow, a few questions, joining the official groups). You'll be notified when you're approved. See [Membership & subscriptions](account/membership).

I lost access to my authenticator app.

Use the MFA reset flow under your profile. Expect verification steps — that friction is what protects your funds from someone else doing the same.

## Wallets & funds

Where are my private keys?

Stored encrypted; decrypted only to sign transactions you or your configured automation initiated. You can export/back up a wallet's key from the wallet menu, and you should — but store the backup offline.

What is "rent" and why is SOL locked?

Every SPL token you hold needs a token account with a small refundable SOL deposit (~0.002 SOL). When accounts are empty you can close them and take the SOL back — see [Withdraw, burn & claim rent](wallet-tools/withdraw-burn-rent).

My balance looks wrong / a token is missing.

Refresh the wallet view first. Note that Neurobot reads **both** Solana token standards (classic SPL and Token-2022), so newer tokens appear too — if something still looks off after a refresh, contact support with the wallet address.

## Trading

My transaction failed with a slippage error.

The price moved more than your tolerance between quote and fill. Raise slippage for that trade (volatile tokens need more), or use the Jito bundle route during congestion. Failed transactions can still cost the network fee.

Priority fee vs Jito bundle — which should I use?

**Priority fee** pays for compute priority — good default. **Jito Bundle (Anti-MEV)** submits via a bundle with a tip — better for sniping races and protection against sandwich attacks. Configure the default in Settings → Fee & Slippage; override per trade or per bot.

Why did my TP/SL disappear after I sold?

Selling 100% of a token automatically cancels its remaining orders so nothing fires on a position you no longer hold. That's by design.

Does the price on my chart markers match what I actually paid?

Yes — markers and history show the **actual fill price**, not the market price at display time.

## Automation

My sniper isn't buying anything.

Usually the filters: strict filters (socials + KOL + uniqueness) legitimately match very few launches. Loosen one filter at a time. Also confirm the bot is enabled and its wallet holds enough SOL for the buy **plus** fees.

Can I copy-trade myself, or chain copies?

No — circular copying is blocked. Copy targets must be wallets outside the loop.

Do bots keep running if I close the app?

Yes. Snipers, copy trading, TP/SL, trailing stops and timed sells all run server-side against the live chain feed. Notifications tell you what happened.

## Fees & earnings

What do I pay per trade?

Solana network fees + your priority fee/tip + the platform fee. Platform fees shrink with higher [membership tiers](account/membership), and referral commissions come out of the platform's side — never added on top of you.

When do referral earnings arrive?

Commission accrues as your referees trade and is visible on the Referrals page; use **Claim** to collect. Every payout lands in the claimed history.

## Support

How do I reach support?

`/support` in the bot, or the official Telegram groups. **Staff never DM first and never ask for seed phrases, private keys or transfers.** Anyone doing so is a scammer — report and block.
