Withdraw funds safely
Moving profits out is the one action you can’t undo. Two minutes of care here beats any recovery attempt later.
Step 0 — Enable 2FA first
If you haven’t: Security & 2FA. Withdrawals are 2FA-gated once it’s on — this is the single best protection for your funds.
Withdrawing SOL
- Wallets → select the wallet → Withdraw / Transfer SOL.
- Paste the destination address. Read it back — check the first and last 6 characters against the source you copied it from.
- Send a small test amount first (e.g. 0.01 SOL) to any address you haven’t used before.
- Confirm the test arrived at the destination.
- Send the real amount. Enter your 2FA code when prompted.
Leave a little SOL behind in the wallet if you still hold tokens there — closing/managing token accounts needs fee money.
Withdrawing tokens
The web withdraw modal supports SPL tokens: choose the token (shown with its image), destination and amount. The same test-first rule applies — token transfers to a wrong or hostile address are just as unrecoverable.
Multi-recipient & sweep
- Multi-recipient transfer sends from one wallet to several destinations in one flow.
- Transfer all sweeps a wallet’s SOL to a single destination — used when retiring a wallet. Reclaim rent first (Withdraw, burn & claim rent) so the sweep includes every recoverable lamport.
Red flags — stop if…
- Anyone instructs you to withdraw to “verify”, “unlock”, or “upgrade” anything. That’s a scam, every time.
- The destination came from a DM, a comment thread, or a lookalike bot.
- You’re being rushed. Irreversible actions and urgency don’t mix.
